Lovelei offers a 3-year warranty on all jewelry. The warranty covers any defects in manufacturing and workmanship and a piece of jewelry covered by our warranty will be repaired (if possible) or replaced, at our discretion. 

Only original and unaltered pieces will be covered by the warranty. Therefore, all re-sizings and engravings should be performed by Lovelei or by an affiliate of ours. Any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us. 

Please note that our warranty does not cover any lost diamonds or workmanship made by an unaffiliated third party. Furthermore, it does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by accident, scratching, stretched chains or rings or any damage caused by negligence. The warranty does not cover jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning or storage. 

Damages not covered by our warranty may be repaired depending on the damage, at the buyer’s discretion. 

To ensure your jewelry remains in top condition, we recommend having it professionally checked at least once a year and follow our jewelry care guide.
