Returns & Exchanges

Lovelei offers 30-days exchange and return for a full refund on all jewelry with a value of up to 100 000 sek. Each customer is permitted one (1) exchange or return. Any additional pieces, purchased are considered final sale.

Customized jewelry pieces, for example designs created with “Lovelei Atelier” or rings and other types of jewelry that have been ordered with a diamond size or quality other than our regular assortment offered on Lovelei.com, are considered special orders and cannot be returned.

For the return or exchange to be accepted the piece(s) must be in unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in its original packaging, including diamond certificates if applicable. Any returns must be shipped/ postmarked within 30 days of being received for the return to be accepted.

Shipping Fees

Returns and exchanges are free of charge within Sweden. Lovelei covers the cost for the return shipping and shipping of any replacement piece(s).

Within the EU, return shipping is not covered by Lovelei. This means customers must organize and pay for the return shipping. Please use a trackable and insured shipping service when organizing shipping from within the EU since Lovelei is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Personalized items, such as engraved rings, or items resized, damaged or modified by third party jewelers, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please email your order number and reason for return to hello@lovelei.com to register your return or exchange and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the process. If you wish to make an exchange, please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the new item and size you wish to purchase instead.
