Shipping

All parcels are shipped trackable, fully insured and require signature and/or ID proof upon delivery or pickup at a service point.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. We ship to Sweden, Norway and all countries in the European Union.

Bare in mind that all products are made to order, especially for you, with a 4-6 weeks delivery time. If you need your order faster than our regular delivery time, please reach out to us at hello@lovelei.com to see if we can accomodate your request.

Delivery time Sweden

Once your order has been completed and transferred to one of two carriers (PostNord or FedEx), you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail or text message with your tracking number and more information about your delivery.

Parcels shipped to Sweden with PostNord will be delivered to a PostNord service point and can be picked up within 14 days of delivery. The parcel might take 1-3 days to arrive at the service point.

Parcels shipped with FedEx Door-to-Door to Sweden will be delivered to the address stated when placing the order within 1-2 days during business hours (0800-1800). Please bare in mind that the package must be signed for upon arrival.

Delivery time Europe

Once your order has been completed and transferred to FedEx, you will automatically receive an e-mail or text message with your tracking number and more information about your delivery.

Parcels shipped to countries in the European Union and Norway will be delivered with FedEx Door-to-Door service within 3-4 days after it has been shipped. The parcel will be delivered to the address stated when placing the order, during business hours (0800-1800) and needs to be signed for upon arrival.

We will always do our best to fulfill our overall commitment to you and ensure the fastest and most convenient delivery method possible. However, there might be unfortunate situations where delivery times and instances where our selected carriers fail to deliver your goods to you in the given time frame due to unforeseen situations or any other reason. When sending a parcel, we will always choose the fastest and best delivery method.

At Lovelei, we will always do our best to fulfill our commitment to you. However, under certain circumstances it might be impossible for us to fulfill your order and thus the completion of your purchase. For instance, if our suppliers are unable to fulfill their obligations towards us, but not limited to this, our fulfillment to you will not be possible. If this were to happen, we will contact you to give you notice immediately, via Email. An instance like this, where we can not fulfill our commitment to you due to above mentioned circumstances, will give you the right and option to cancel your order/purchase with us. No compensation will be made by us to you other than a refund of the price you paid for the product(s) in question.
