Designing your piece
The first step in creating your dream piece is to schedule a meeting with us. It is an important part of the process since we will ask all questions needed in order to understand what your vision is, as well go through budget, process and overall expectations.
Once we have all the necessary information, we will get back to you with a quote, usually within 48 hours. Once the quote is accepted, we will move forward and make a CAD.

CAD making
The second step in the customization process is to create a CAD which will be the model used to make the molding for your piece of jewelry. During this process you will have the opportunity to make adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the design.
The CAD-fee is complimentary when you place an order however, if you choose not to finalize the order the cost is 800 SEK.

Production
Once the CAD has been approved, we will source gemstone(s) and start the production of the piece. Before the product is shipped, you will be sent photos for final approval.
The customization process, from start to finish, usually takes about 6-8 weeks.
